GUEST AGE BOOKING RESTRICTION - GUESTS MUST BE OVER 25 if not a family stay - SMOKING - Non smoking house - EVENTS OR RETREATS - Please inquire with host about retreats - PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN A TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY PETS - Your furry friends are welcome however paws must be wiped before entering the cottage, $50 additional cleaning fee per per added WILDLIFE Please do not feed the wildlife QUIET TIME after 11pm - 7am Please inquire about early check in or late check out requests as we may be able to accommodate.
